Are there specific procedures for healthcare environments?

For stains such as blood, urine, feces, or Betadine®, use a 1:1 mix of ammonia and water or a 1:4 mix of bleach and water. If stains persist, use 1:1 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water. If stains still persist, use straight alcohol. If stains remain, use 1:1 mix of acetone and water. (As noted on Permablok³® brochure - Steps 3 & 5). If stains are not removed promptly through vigorous routine maintenance in a healthcare environment, they can become permanently set.
